What was with the white?

Was it surrender? One final jab at tradition?

I know I'll be in the minority here, but I LIKE this look. I like it on Penn State, I like it on Texas and I especially like it on Nebraska. (Bonus points for also abandoning the black shoes to complete the look.) I wouldn't want it all the time, but I do long for a little something different every now and then.

Of course, after a pitiful second half and yet another big embarrassing number being hung on the Blackshirts, I'd like a lot of things to change.
